Final (face-to-face) Registration Dates for the International Students in the 2022-2023 Academic Year

In the 2022-2023 Academic Year, the dates for the Final Registration document delivery and tuition fee payment have been determined as 29 August - 02 September 2022. Those who have applied to our University (08 - 26 July 2022) and those who have made pre-registration and whose pre-registration is confirmed in the first placement and in the additonal placement must deliver the required documents to the student affairs unit of their faculty for which they are entitled to make final registration. Required Documents for the Final Registration


-         Original and notarized Turkish translation of the Secondary Education Diploma (with Apostille Seal);

-          Diploma Equivalent Certificate;

-          Transcript and its notarized Turkish translation (Transcript of Every Year);

-          Original and notarized Turkish translation of the passport;

-          Identity Register Card of candidates with dual nationality, one of which is Turkey;

-          Blue Card with its copy;

-          4 (four) passport photos taken in last six months;

-          TQDK Exam Result Document for the students from Azerbaijan;

-          The signed version of the application form;

-          Printout of the acceptance letter;

-         Signed commitment letter (In order to download it, please click)

-      The bank receipt for the payment of the tuition fee.

Tuition Fee

You can easily pay your tuition fee to any branch of AKBANK by giving your "Student Number" to the bank staff. When you provide your student number, the tuition fee will automatically appear in the bank as a debit.

" The Turkish Proficiency Exam" will be held at Trakya University Language Education and Teaching Research and Application Center every day at 14:00 on 29 August - 02 September 2022.

Note: There will be no Registration and Turkish Proficiency Exam on August 30, 2022 (due to a public holiday).
